Without limiting the aforementioned provisions, you shall not perform or authorize or allow any third party to perform any of the following operations: (i) distribute, copy, authorize, rent or sell this software (unless expressly permitted by this license or usage rules); (ii) Use this software for any purpose other than your personal or non-commercial use; (iii) Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or attempting to crack the source code of this software; (iv) modify, modify or create any derivative works of this software; (v) Delete, modify, or hide any copyright, trademark, or other ownership statement on or within this software; (vi) Using the software for undesigned purposes; Or (vii) use the software on any device that you do not own or control.

c) This software is the property of us and our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. We and our licensors own all rights, ownership, and interests in this software, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights of this software.

This service is an online system that allows parents authorized purchases to be sponsored through credit cards or other payment methods from participating stores or platforms. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept our privacy policy, and agree to collect and use your data in accordance with the privacy policy. If certain parts of our service are only available to users who have chosen other paid licenses, and you choose to use such paid parts of the service, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges. The purchase of any paid license is final and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged under any circumstances, including but not limited to termination of service use for any reason or without reason, termination of this agreement, and/or termination of service.

You may be charged by your mobile operator for accessing and using services through the use of your device, or for using certain mobile features of the service (such as playing games or otherwise applying the service). You are responsible for paying such fees on your own.

a) Monthly subscription
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time after paying the first bill. Your subscription will expire after the last billing date. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel one day before the settlement date.

b) Quarterly subscription
You can "turn off" the automatically renewed quarterly subscription at any time (paid every 3 months). We will cancel the next automatic renewal of your subscription, and your subscription will expire after the prepayment period. Automatic renewal cannot be cancelled midway.

We reserve the right to change or amend this agreement at any time for any reason at our discretion. If we make changes to this agreement, we will provide notification of such changes through service notifications or updates to the "latest update" date at the top of this agreement. Your continued use of the service will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised agreement. We suggest that you carefully read this agreement when accessing the service to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the service. If you do not agree to any revised agreement, you must stop using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not provide any express or implied warranties to users, including but not limited to merchantability, applicability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, virus and error free, any implied warranties and liabilities.
In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the products and services we provide will meet the requirements of our customers, nor do we guarantee that the services will not be interrupted.
